Anisotropic ferrite magnet are a type of ceramic magnet that is highly corrosion-resistant and suitable for flattening, but the disadvantage is that they are easily broken. Ferrite magnets are used in traditional audio speakers and headphones. Due to technological innovation, the weight is getting lighter (only half or one-third of the previous weight), and the demand for ferrite magnets in automobile motors or generators is increasing. Since the raw material of ferrite magnets, iron oxide, is abundant, it can be supplied at the lowest price among magnets currently.
In anisotropic ferrite magnet, magnetic powder is oriented during pressing in the presence of a strong magnetic field. Higher magnetic values are obtained in the direction of this magnetic field than in perpendicular directions and they are magnetised only in this preferred direction. The possibilities of use are similar to those of isotropic magnets, but at parity of volumes magnets, a greater magnetic flux is achieved.

Product Application
Scope of application: Magneto-plumbite materials have high anisotropy and are generally suitable for millimeter wave devices. The performance requirements for anisotropic ferrite magnet are: low resonance line width OH; in low frequency band, the saturation magnetization intensity 1Πm2 and magnetocrystalline anisotropy constant K are required to be low, and in high frequency band, 4πM and high internal field (K/M2) are required; low loss and high stability.
