Characteristic
NdFeB disc magnet is the common one of the cylinder and ring magnets. They are usually used in the sensors, earphones, loudspeakers, mobile phones, packing materials, magnetic buttons etc. Two types (Diametral and Axial) of magnetization direction can be produced according to your design.
Appearance: Smooth and bright surface without burrs.
Advantages: Direct moulding can save production cost and production time compared with square grinding/sleeving process.
Grade: N30~N54, N30M~N52M, N30H~N52H, N30SH~N48SH, N25UH~N45UH, N28EH~N40EH, N28AH~N40AH
Size: According to customer's requirement, we can produce regular size and large size (Dia300mm) and micro size (Dia1mm).
Magnetization mode: axial magnetization (thickness magnetization) , diametral magnetization and radial magnetization
Coating: conventional nickel-copper-nickel (NiCuNi), blue-white zinc (Zn), phosphating/passivation, Epoxy (phosphating, nickel-copper, nickel-copper-nickel base); The other special coatings can also be provided, including Nickel+Stannum (NiSn), Teflon, gold plating, silver plating, Aluminium coating.
Application:
Packaging, bags, safety systems, magnetic separators, magnetic resonance imaging, medical industry, special door locks, filters and filters, sensors, loudspeakers, microphones/earphones, brushless motors, micro-motors, VCM (voice coil motor), magnetic coupling, magnetic suckers, magnetic tools, etc.
