This magnet is mainly composed of stator, rotor, end cover and other components. The stator is made of laminated laminated to reduce the iron consumption generated during the operation of the motor. According to the different positions of permanent magnet rotor assembly of the motor, the permanent magnet synchronous motor can be divided into two structural forms: protruding type and built-in type. The magnetic circuit structure of the protruding rotor is simple and the manufacturing cost is low. However, because the starting windings cannot be installed on the surface, the asynchronous starting cannot be realized. The magnetic circuit structure of the built-in rotor mainly includes radial type, tangential type and mixed type. The difference between them mainly lies in the relationship between the magnetization direction of the permanent magnet and the rotation direction of the rotor. There are three different types of magnetic circuit structures for built-in rotors. Since permanent magnets are placed inside the rotor, the rotor surface can be made into pole boots, and copper strips or cast aluminum inserted into the pole boots can play the role of starting and damping, with good steady-state and dynamic performance. And because the built-in rotor magnetic circuit is asymmetric, it will generate reluctance torque in operation, which is helpful to improve the power density and overload capacity of the motor itself, and such a structure is easier to achieve weak magnetic expansion speed.
