2. Magnetic properties: SmCo magnet is a strong magnetic material with excellent magnetic properties such as high coercive force, high remanence, and high magnetic energy product. Among them, the maximum coercive force of samarium cobalt 5 magnet (ie SmCo5) is about 25kOe, the remanence density is about 8kG, and the magnetic energy product is about 14MGOe; the maximum coercive force of samarium cobalt 17 magnet (ie Sm2Co17) is about 35kOe , The remanence density is about 10kG, and the magnetic energy product is about 30MGOe.
3. Manufacturing process: SmCo magnets are usually made by powder metallurgy process. The production process includes raw material preparation, mixing, pressing, sintering, processing and other steps.
