Description

While the Wet Pre-concentration PM Separator is in the process of operation, pulp is loose suspension state from below the tank into the separation space, the direction of pulp movement and the direction of magnetic force is basically the same, so, ore particles can reach the surface of the cylinder with high magnetic force. In addition, the tailings are discharged from the tailings holes in the bottom plate, so that the height of the overflow surface can maintain the level of the slurry in the tank. The above two characteristics, determine the Wet Pre-concentration PM Separator can get higher concentrate quality and metal recovery. Therefore, it is widely used in roughing and sorting of highly magnetic ore with fine particles (less than 0.2mm). The magnetic separator can be used in series to improve concentrate grade.
