Description

Iron Removal Magnetic Arc Separator, using NdFeb permanent magnet as a rotating magnet, through the composition of magnetic separation device and cleaning stripping device of magnetic separation roller and automatic removal of iron roller sleeve, the raw material mud through the mud channel between the magnetic material shell and magnetic separation roller to separate, clean and discharge the ferromagnetic material contained in the south. The rotating magnet is composed of dozens of groups of permanent magnets uniformly arranged in the tooth hole of the sliding groove plate, and the automatic iron removal roller sleeve is a movable sliding sleeve arranged on a fixed shaft with a bar fixed magnet.

Most ball mills and semi-autogenous mills are equipped with barrel screens. The screening material of the cylinder screen is large-size ore, refractory stone and large-size steel ball, and the small-size steel ball leaks into the pulp pool with the fine material under the screen, and returns to the ball mill through the cyclone, which is easy to wear the main beneficiation equipment such as mortar pump, spiral classifier and cyclone.

Characteristic

• Proper magnetic circuit design: process simulations by advanced simulation software to design the magnetic fields around the lifting drum for capturing the fragments.

• High energy rare-earth permanent magnets NdFeB have been used in the magnetic circuit to increase magnetic force. And the magnetic system is stable and permanent without need of magnetization.

• Reasonable design of the lifting drum: bolted connection with the mill, flange type connection form, convenient onsite installation.

• Spray type water discharge mode to avoid ore loss caused by the rotating lifting drum.
