Flexible NdFeB Strip is a new kind of flexible bonded permanent magnet material. It is a composite material prepared by the production process of rubber products with rubber organic matter as binder, fast-quenching NdFeB powder as filler, and auxiliary processing additives. Flexible NdFeB Strip has high magnetic and mechanical properties, and is easy to be machined into flexible bonded magnetic plates, magnetic strips and magnetic rings and other complex shaped devices to meet various requirements. More importantly, due to the use of high-performance fast-quenching NdFeB powder instead of ferrite magnetic powder, so this bonded permanent magnet also improves the magnetic property of Flexible NdFeB Strip to a new level, it can fill the magnetic space between ferrite and rigid NdFeB permanent magnet. And, the production and assembly process of flexible NdFeB is maneuverable and convenient for molding processing.
Advantages
1.The performance is between ferrite and rigid NdFeB permanent magnet, filling the gap between them.
2. It can manufacture thin-walled products of any complex shape, and the thickness of the magnet can reach about 0.3mm, which is difficult to achieve including sintering and injection process, so as to realize lightweight and miniaturization of devices.
3. It can be very simple to make the full radial (radiation) orientation of the magnet.
4. Compared with rigid magnets, it has better mechanical properties, good impact resistance and is not easy to crack.
5. It can be embedded in metal, non-metal and other parts integral molding, to achieve composite components.
Characteristics
The highest magnetic properties in isotropic flexible magnet, (BH)max=10.0MGO in lab and (BH)max =2.0-8.5 MGOe in mass production.
