Flexible NdFeB magnet is a kind of micro-crystalline NdFeB grinding powder and polymer matrix flexible magnet. It is the strongest isotropic flexible magnet in the world at present. Its maximum magnetic energy product has been developed to 90kj/cm3 (11.25MGOe), which is 5 times of the magnetic energy of glue and close to the magnetic energy of the pressed NdFeB. The magnetic energy range of industrial mass production is 16 to 68KJ/m3 (2.0 ~ 8.5MGOe).Microcrystalline magnetic powder makes it highly magnetic, and artificial rubber makes it flexible, and is easy to be machined into flexible bonded magnetic plates, magnetic strips and magnetic rings and other complex shaped devices to meet various requirements.Flexible NdFeB sheet is often used in wireless mice, portable DVDS, miniature motors in laptop computers, flat speakers in TV and stereo devices, and anti-theft protectors.

Advantages

1.The performance is between ferrite and rigid NdFeB permanent magnet, filling the gap between them.

2. It can manufacture thin-walled products of any complex shape, and the thickness of the magnet can reach about 0.3mm, which is difficult to achieve including sintering and injection process, so as to realize lightweight and miniaturization of devices.

3. It can be very simple to make the full radial (radiation) orientation of the magnet.

4. Compared with rigid magnets, it has better mechanical properties, good impact resistance and is not easy to crack.

5. It can be embedded in metal, non-metal and other parts integral molding, to achieve composite components.
