Motor magnetic ring technology refers to the use of magnetic rings in the magnetic circuit of a motor to enhance the magnetic field to improve the operating efficiency and performance of the motor. In induction motors, magnet rings are usually used to improve the air gap magnetic field distribution and increase the efficiency and output power of the motor. By installing magnets or rings in the air gap, a stronger magnetic field can be generated, resulting in enhanced magnetic coupling between the rotor and stator, and increasing the output power and efficiency of the induction motor.

1、Size requirements
The size of the motor ring should meet the relevant requirements, including the diameter, height and thickness, etc.
2、Material requirements
The material of the motor ring should be consistent with the customer's requirements, and environmental protection, non-toxic.
3、Magnetic energy requirement
Motor magnetic ring should have a high magnetic energy, and stable and not easy to demagnetization, such as how many gauss, or how many revolutions to make the motor, etc.
4, temperature rise requirements
Motor magnetic ring performance at high temperatures should be able to maintain stable, unaffected.
5、Requirement of reliability
Motor magnet ring should have high reliability, can work stably for a long time, and not easy to aging.
