1.Appearance Difference
Ndfeb strong magnet due to the easy oxidation of metal neodymium, need surface plating. And aluminum nickel cobalt is better corrosion resistance, usually not surface treatment.
2.Material
The fracture of the two products is different. Neodymium Fe-B is a very fine small crystal, and the section of aluminum nickel cobalt is rougher, crystal particles are larger.
3.Curve Detector
If there are conditions, you can judge the two kinds of magnetic material through the demagnetization curve, ndFeb remanence is higher.
4.Temperature Resistance
Ndfeb is usually resistant to 80℃. Al-ni cobalt magnet at 300-- 500° (Al-Ni cobalt magnetic steel in more than 600℃ demagnetizing temperature, so we generally say Al-Ni cobalt magnetic steel operating temperature is less than or equal to 550℃).
5.The Strength of Magnetic Force
Aluminum nickel cobalt is a high temperature resistant magnet, but the magnetic is very weak, the higher the high temperature resistance of the magnet, the weaker the magnetic force is. The magnetic force is inversely proportional to the temperature resistance, like ferrite, ferrite is also more resistant to high temperature than NdFeb.
6.Magnetic Material Density
NdFeB 7.5-7.6g/cm3, AlNiCo 7.3-7.4. Seven, the price of AlNiCo because of the strategic resources of cobalt and nickel, so the price is expensive, fewer people, many customers choose NdFeB instead, AlNiCo application field involves aerospace, military field, automobile industry and security system. Above is the difference between NdFeB and AlNiCo, the appearance of the difference is more direct, simple and fast.
