FeCrCo permanent magnet material appeared in the early 1970s. It belongs to the age-hardening deformable permanent magnet material. Its alloy composition range is very wide, the basic composition is 20~33% Cr, 3~25% Co, and the rest is Fe. FeCrCo permanent magnet material has a high Curie temperature (Tc=680℃ or so), and the use temperature can reach 400℃. The reversible temperature coefficient is very small, and the magnetic property is stable at high temperature. It is suitable for high-precision components requiring high stability. FeCrCo is known as transformers in permanent magnet, easy metal processing, especially wire drawing and tube drawing, which is not compared with other permanent magnet materials. FeCrCo alloy can be made into bars, strips, wires and pipes through cold thermoplastic deformation. It can also be cold blanking, bending, drilling and various cutting processes to make a variety of complex magnet components. The minimum wire diameter can be up to 0.05mm, and the thickness of the thinnest strip is only 0.1mm. Our FeCrCo ring magnets can be used in tachometer, micromotor, microrelay, loudspeaker, etc.
Charateristics
• FeCrCo Magnets has similar performance as Alnico5 magnets.
• lt can be machined by drilling, milling, grinding, punching and so on.
• Can be made to small and complex shape components. Its minimum diameter can reach0.05mm and the thinnest thickness can reach 0.1mm, so it is suitable for the production ofhigh-precision components.
• FeCrCo has good temperature stability and corrosion resistance.The high Curietemperature is about 680℃ and the highest wroking teperature can reach 400℃ .
