The magnetic energy product curve of the magnet: the product BH of the magnetic induction intensity B and the magnetic field intensity H at any point on the demagnetization curve of the magnet is called the magnetic energy product, and its size is proportional to the magnetic energy density of the magnet in a given working state. Magnet suppliers believe that the curve of the relationship between magnetic energy product and magnetic induction intensity B is called magnetic energy product curve, which is based on the product of B and H values on the demagnetization curve of the magnet as the horizontal coordinate, and the magnetic induction intensity B as the vertical coordinate.
2. The relationship between the maximum magnetic energy product and magnet performance:
Two magnets of the same size, the same number of poles and the same magnetizing voltage condition, the magnet with high magnetic energy product has a high surface magnetic field. Magnet suppliers believe that at the same (BH)max value, the level of Br and Hcj has the following effects on magnetization:
(1) Br high Hcj low: under the same magnetizing voltage, can get a higher surface magnetic;
(2) Br low Hcj high: To obtain the same surface magnetic, a higher magnetizing voltage is required.
