What Are The Commonly Used Magnetization Methods For Magnetic Tiles?

1. Magnetize the magnetic tile separately, then install it into the casing, and then assemble it as a whole;
2. Install the magnetic tile into the casing (stick it), then magnetize it, and then assemble it as a whole;
3. Install the magnetic tile into the casing (glued), then assemble the finished product and magnetize it as a whole.
The impact of different methods on magnetic tile magnetization:
1. The first magnetization method is about 10% lower than the second and third magnetization methods in terms of surface remanence, and generally speaking, using the second magnetization method is more reasonable;
2. The first method of magnetization is very convenient. Some factories use solenoid tunnel magnetization, which has high production efficiency;
3. The second method of magnetization is that some factories use external flushing, while others use internal flushing. The magnetic tiles or rings need to be glued and dried first, which is also very convenient in production;
4. The third method of magnetization is used by many small motors (mostly with three slots). When installing the rotor, it is easy to assemble due to the lack of magnetic force, but it is not convenient to check whether the magnet is properly charged.
5. The first type of magnetization belongs to open circuit magnetization. Due to the absence of an external magnetic field circuit during magnetization and the absence of a closed circuit, the magnetization of the magnetic tile is not easy to saturate, which has an impact on the magnetic flux density of the tile. Generally, it is lower than closed circuit magnetization;
6. The second type of magnetization is commonly used, which belongs to closed circuit magnetization. The magnetic flux density after magnetization is also high, and the waveform of the air gap magnetic density can be adjusted by the shape of the magnetization head to meet the requirements of different motor performance. However, during motor assembly, tooling needs to be used for assembly, otherwise the rotor may be damaged or the magnetic tile may be broken due to magnetic attraction;
7. The third magnetization method also belongs to closed circuit magnetization (because the rotor lamination is a good magnetic material), and the magnetic flux density of the magnetized magnetic tile is generally between the first and second methods. Note: when using the entire machine for magnetization, the carbon brush and rotor winding should be in an open circuit state, otherwise there may be a spark phenomenon on the contact surface between the carbon brush and the commutator.
