1. During the use of magnets, the workplace should be kept clean to prevent small impurities such as iron filings from adsorbing on the surface of the magnet and affecting the normal use of the product.
2. Neodymium iron boron magnets are suitable for storage in ventilated and dry rooms. Acidic, alkaline, organic solvents, water, and high temperature and humidity environments can easily cause rust on the magnets, resulting in coating detachment and demagnetization of the magnets. For products that have not been electroplated, more attention should be paid to applying appropriate oil for rust prevention during storage, which is also the main reason why we recommend anti-corrosion treatment for the surface of neodymium iron boron magnets.
3. When storing magnets, attention should be paid to keeping them away from magnetic disks, magnetic cards, magnetic tapes, computer monitors, watches, and other objects sensitive to magnetic fields. They should also be kept away from electronic medical devices such as cardiac pacemakers, otherwise it is very dangerous.
4. The magnet material is hard and brittle. During transportation and installation, it should be ensured that the magnet is not subjected to severe impact. Improper methods can easily cause damage and cracking of the magnet.
5. Magnets should be shielded during transportation under magnetization, especially during air transportation.
6. When operating the assembly, be careful to extract one by one to avoid mutual attraction, collision, and damage, and to prevent flying debris generated by the magnet's impact from entering the eyes and causing harm to the human body.
7. Due to the strong magnetic properties of neodymium iron boron, hands or other parts of the body should be avoided from being caught by the magnet during operation. For larger magnets, personal safety and protection should be given more attention.
8. Magnets with strong magnetism (neodymium iron boron and samarium cobalt) should not be placed together with magnets with weaker magnetism (aluminum nickel cobalt and ferrite), especially when placed with opposite polarity, otherwise magnets with weaker magnetism are prone to demagnetization.
9. Please do not place the magnet within the reach of children's hands to avoid accidental ingestion.
