The torque output is also more uniform. The iron core of the stator exerts the greatest force when facing each other when passing through the magnetic steel!
    With the same design, the more pairs of magnetic steel poles, the more effective copper usage, and the greater the torque. This is the reason why the torque of a 13 inch 30 magnet motor is greater than that of a 10 inch 55 magnet motor.
    The torque of the motor is generated by the combination of the magnetic field strength of the magnetic steel and the magnetic field strength generated by the stator per unit current. Generally, the increase in magnetic steel strength is reflected by the height of the magnetic steel, and the stator magnetic field is determined by the number of coils per unit current!
    The determination of whether the motor torque is strong depends on two points;
    1. The height of the magnetic steel and the material grade of the magnetic steel.
    2. Is the stator silicon steel sheet material and stator winding group full of slots and equal turns
    The more equal turns, the greater the magnetic field obtained per unit current, which means the greater the torque.
    PS: Motors with fewer pole pairs are definitely made of tile magnetic steel, which is mainly not for obtaining high torque. This is a typical physical shape reason, in order to achieve uniform air gap, reduce magnetic gap, and achieve higher efficiency!
