Dry magnetic separator is a common magnetic separation equipment, how to maintain it to work more efficiently and have a longer life? Many users do not know how to maintain it correctly. This article will share with you the daily maintenance methods of the dry separator.

Do a good job in the daily maintenance of the dry magnetic separator

1. Wipe the machine frequently, clean the residual minerals and dust on the conveyor belt, and maintain a good operating environment for the equipment.

2. The bearing bears the fate of the machine and directly affects the service life and working efficiency of the dry separator, so the lubrication of the bearing must be done well. Lubricating oil must be kept clean and well sealed. If the bearing oil temperature rises, it should be stopped immediately for inspection to eliminate the impact.

3. If there is an impact sound when the rotating gear is running, it should be stopped immediately for inspection and the impact should be eliminated.

4. When the reducer is used for the first time, oil should be added to the oil level line. During normal production, the oil level position of the reducer should be checked regularly. If the oil level is lower than the required oil level line, No. 20 or No. 30 mechanical oil should be replenished in time .

5. If the upper edge of the host is damaged, it must be replaced in time.

Do a good job in regular maintenance of dry magnetic separator

1. Regularly overhaul the machine. It is forbidden to hammer or hit the magnetic system with heavy objects, so as to prevent the magnetic blocks from falling off, falling off or demagnetizing and affecting the work.

2. Frequently check the operation of each part, and check whether the bolts and nuts of each part are loose in each shift.

3. Regularly check the wiring and whether the connectors are secure, so as to avoid the lack of phases causing the motor to burn out and leakage of electricity to cause personal or equipment accidents.

4. Carry out maintenance of the dry separator once a year, repair or replace worn parts, dismantle and wash rolling bearings, replace lubricating grease, replace reducer lubricating oil, etc.
