The magnetism of NdFeB magnets

NdFeB magnets can be prepared in various ways with different magnetic properties, such as oxide method, embedding method, grain powder metallurgy method, rapid solidification method, magnetization solidification injection molding method, etc. Each preparation method has its own proprietary name, but it can be roughly divided into two categories: liquid phase method and solid phase method. During the crystal growth stage of the material, a unified magnetic and microstructure is formed. With the development of technology, magnets with a strip geometry of more than 30 mm can be produced in a uniform infusion device; and conventional packaging methods can produce millions of magnets. The production process of NdFeB magnets is mature and can meet the needs of different fields and different uses.

Finally, the application fields of NdFeB magnets are becoming more and more extensive. Due to the strong magnetic force, mature process and declining price of NdFeB magnets, they are increasingly widely used in various fields. The applications of NdFeB magnets include electricity, machinery, automobiles, electronics, communications, medical care, etc. NdFeB magnets are very useful in power tools, air conditioning compressors, sensors, motors, microwave devices, aerospace, etc. Continuous innovation and development of new magnetic devices can contribute to the scientific and technological progress in the fields of industry, commerce, and military.
