Introduction to single-sided magnets

Don't mistake single-sided magnets for magnets with only one side. There are no such single-pole magnets in the world. Single-sided magnets are common on the market. Sometimes the working environment requires strong magnetism on one side of the magnet, while the magnetism on the other side is weak, so it is necessary to wrap one side of the magnet with an iron sheet to shield the magnetic field. This type of magnet is collectively called a single-sided magnet, but there is no single-sided magnet with no magnetism on one side, it is just weaker.

Application of single-sided magnets: Single-sided magnets are widely used, such as various packaging boxes, stationery, leather goods and other industries, because they only need one side of the magnet to be magnetic, and the magnetism on the other side is optional, so the use of single-sided magnets can reduce costs and material waste of magnets.

Working principle of single-sided magnets: Single-sided magnets are composed of concave iron sheets and strong NdFeB magnets adsorbed together. When making, the iron sheet and the strong magnet need to be adsorbed together manually, so it is time-consuming. Pay attention when purchasing.

The price of single-sided magnet: Because the single-sided magnet has an iron sheet attached to one side, and the other side forms a magnetic field loop with the iron sheet, the magnetic force is higher than that of magnets of the same material without the iron sheet. Therefore, when the magnetic force of a single-sided magnet is similar to that of an ordinary strong magnet, its price is correspondingly cheaper.
