Those who know a little bit will know that the production process of ferrite magnetic rings includes the grinding process. After grinding, it is basically the same. However, after the magnetic rings are ground, their surfaces are extremely dirty. Touching a few of them with your hands is like going to dig coal. Because when grinding, the rough spots on the surface are ground out, and there will always be some powder left on the body, and these powders will be mixed with the magnetic rings. In this way, the surface looks dirty, so some measures must be taken to wash away the stains on the surface of the magnetic rings. So what kind of mechanical equipment should be used to clean ferrite magnetic rings?
For small batches of magnetic rings, you can wash them by hand. Put the magnetic rings in a basin of clean water and rub them with your hands constantly. However, if you want to produce large batches of hundreds of thousands, you can't solve it by hand, and it also wastes a lot of labor. In addition, you have to put them in the furnace to dry them after washing. Otherwise, if there is moisture on the surface, oxidation will occur over time.
If you produce a large number of magnetic rings, you must use a magnetic ring ultrasonic cleaning machine to clean the magnetic rings. Not only can it quickly clean the magnetic rings, but the cleaned magnetic rings are already dried, which greatly improves the efficiency. Generally speaking, using ultrasonic cleaning, the surface of the magnetic ring is not completely clean once, and it must be cleaned 3 to 4 times to remove the stains on the surface of the magnetic ring. The more times it is cleaned, the more shiny and beautiful the magnetic ring will be. At least 3 ultrasonic cleanings are required, and the clean water in the ultrasonic cleaning machine must be replaced frequently from time to time.
