1 How to order magnets?

In order for Nantian Magnet Manufacturing Co., Ltd. to cooperate with your work more effectively, we need you to confirm the following before placing an order:

1. What material and performance? Magnets are divided into rare earth NdFeB strong magnets, permanent ferrite black magnets, rubber soft magnets, high temperature resistant magnets, samarium cobalt magnets, alnico magnets, etc.; take NdFeB strong magnets as an example: The performance is divided into N35, N38, N40, N42, N45, N48, N50, N52, N58, M material, H material, SH material, UH material, EH material, AH material, etc. At the same time, the magnetization direction is divided into axial magnetization, radial magnetization, multi-pole magnetization, radiation magnetization, etc., surface electroplating treatment requirements, operating temperature requirements, etc.

2. Dimensions and tolerances? Shape points: ring, disc, square, special-shaped, non-standard. The unified use unit is mm and piece. The labeling method of the ring is: D13*D9.2*1 means that the outer diameter is 13mm, the inner diameter is 9.2mm; the thickness is 1mm. The inner diameter is generally positive. The label of the wafer is: D9.5*1.5 means that the outer diameter is 9.5mm and the thickness is 1.5mm. Tolerance: +/-0.03mm and +/-0.05mm; +/-0.05 is the industry standard. +/-0.03 is the corporate control standard. 3. Do you want to magnetize? If you want to magnetize, in what way, in the axial direction? Radial? Wait

4. The maximum temperature of the working environment of the magnet? N is 80 degrees, M is 100 degrees, H is 120 degrees, SH is 150 degrees, UH is 180 degrees, and EH is 200 degrees.

5. Order quantity?

6. Surface treatment? Zinc-plated, nickel-plated, nickel-plated copper-nickel, gold-plated, epoxy-plated.

7. If you need special treatment, please let us know.

2 What are the applications of NdFeB magnets?

NdFeB permanent magnets are rapidly developing and widely used due to their excellent performance, abundant raw materials and reasonable prices. It is mainly used in micro motors, permanent magnet instruments, electronics industry, automobile industry, petrochemical industry, nuclear magnetic resonance devices, sensors, audio equipment, magnetic levitation systems, magnetic transmission mechanisms and magnetic therapy equipment.

3 Magnetic material analogy

Ferrite magnets Low and medium performance, lowest price, good temperature characteristics, corrosion resistance, good cost performance

High temperature resistant magnets are mainly used in various high temperatures, and the temperature is subdivided into the use of stable permanent magnets

NdFeB magnets have the highest performance, medium price, good strength, and are not resistant to high temperature and corrosion

Samarium Cobalt Magnet High performance, highest price, brittle, excellent temperature characteristics, corrosion resistance

AlNiCo magnets Low and medium performance, medium price, excellent temperature characteristics, corrosion resistance, poor interference resistance

SmCo magnets, ferrite magnets, and NdFeB magnets can be manufactured by sintering and bonding methods. The sintered magnetic properties are high, but the molding is poor. Bonded magnets have good moldability and much reduced performance.

AlNiCo magnets can be manufactured by casting and sintering methods. Cast magnets have higher performance and better formability, while sintered magnets have lower performance and better formability.
