FeCrCo alloy is developed by adding Co to Fe-Cr binary alloy based on Spinodal decomposition theory. FeCrCo alloy forms a single α phase in the high temperature region, and then forms α1 and α2 phases through Spinodal decomposition. The subsequent tempering process increases the composition difference between the two phases, so as to obtain high magnetic properties. Because the temperature of single α phase is very high, it is difficult to produce in large quantities. Therefore, besides the method of quick cooling after solution treatment, the method of adding trace elements is also used to reduce the production difficulty. FeCrCo alloy has very strict requirements on the production process, because its heat treatment temperature range is very narrow, a little deviation, the magnetic properties will become very poor, which requires the production process as mature and perfect as possible. Ferrochromic cobalt, known as transformers in permanent magnet, is the advantage of the magnetic material. It is easy to metal work, especially wire drawing and tube drawing, which are advantages that other permanent magnet materials can not be compared with. FeCrCo strip materials produced by YanHe Magtech can be used in many industries. In the instrument and meter industry, they are used to manufacture magneto-electric ammeter, voltmeter, tachometer, watt-hour meter, galvanometer, oil level meter, etc. In electronics and telecommunications, for the manufacture of hysteresis motors, micromotors, computer rust machines; The phone buzzer; Compass used for tourism supplies, clothing decoration, cultural supplies, etc.
