Sintered NdFeB magnet is the strongest magnetic permanent magnet material in the world today. Compared with traditional permanent magnet materials, it has excellent permanent magnet characteristics and high cost performance. Sintered NdFeB Segment Magnet greatly expands the application potential of permanent magnet materials, widely used in transportation, energy, communication, home appliances, machinery and medical and other fields, and is playing an important role in green energy and artificial intelligence, has become an indispensable important functional material in production and life.
Sintered NdFeB Segment Magnets are mainly used in automotive manufacturing and electronic equipment. If necessary, welcome to call or email us for consultation!
Characteristic
As usual, we call them NdFeB segments, neodymium magnet arc, magnet arc or neodymium tile magnets, these are widely used in the system of high grade Motor or Generator's magnetic rotor, but they are easily damaged which will stick to the surface between magnet and yoke, and increase the gap distance. Thus, a pole shoe made of the same or similar magnetic material is needed with the yoke. Sintered NdFeB Segment Magnet is the brunch of NdFeB magnet, intered NdFeB segment magnet is a type of magnetic material that has unique properties. These magnets are known for their high magnetic strength, making them ideal for a wide range of applications. In addition to their strength, intered NdFeB segment magnets are also known for their high resistance to demagnetization, making them a reliable choice for long-term use.
Appearance: Smooth and bright surface without burrs.
