Ferrite permanent magnet material, also known as hard magnetic ferrite, this material has a high coercivity, not easy to demagnetize after magnetization. The main raw materials for the preparation of permanent magnet ferrites are strontium oxide or barium oxide and ferric oxide (in some special high grade will be added to other chemical components, such as cobalt (Co) and lanthanum (La), to improve its magnetic properties). Permanent magnet ferrite is generally a magnetic lead stone structure, mainly used in loudspeakers, earphones, motors and various instruments.
According to the different production process, permanent magnet ferrite is divided into sintering and bonding two kinds, sintering is divided into dry pressing type and wet pressing type, bonding is divided into extrusion molding, pressing molding and injection molding. It can be divided into isotropic permanent magnets and anisotropic permanent magnets according to whether an external magnetic field is added during molding. The magnetic properties of isotropic sintered ferrite materials are weak, but they can be magnetized in different directions of magnets. Anisotropic ferrite permanent magnet materials have strong magnetic properties, but only along the intended direction of magnetization of the magnet. The soft, elastic and warped magnet made of bonded ferrite powder and synthetic rubber is also called rubber magnet.
